Free Wee Yogis "Back-to-school "Classes:
Wednesday August 15th, 3:15pm-4pm
Wee Yogis classes are designed to inspire and empower! Through music, fun, and interactive play children will learn yoga and mindfulness. We help kids stay connected to their child like freedom through the use of yoga, mindfulness, music, and movement. Children will develop balance, coordination, focus, and will release stress, gain confidence and learn to express themselves. Classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises. This class is perfect for kiddos under 10. Ages 1-4 must be with a parent
